Interested lessors may choose various size buildings from 1,158 sq. ft. to 14,000 sq. ft. Leashold improvements are constructed per tenant's specifications to provide 100% offices or warehouse size and mix requirements. We will build to suit for tenants with large space requirements. Single or two story accomodations are available. Phase One and Phase Two containing 14 buildings and Phases 3 - 7 containing 12 buildings are now complete, with 8 acres still available for larger or special use buildings.
